Because I think it still might be against the law to strike an officer, I am just going to vent on here. I was at the front desk trying to get a room key because in my attempt us out of the hotel room, I forgot my key. Of course I did not remember this until I was around the building from the front desk and already had kids out of carseats. So I hiked to the front desk in 90 degree heat, carrying a very squirmy 4 month old, two heavy grocery bags and prompting a two year old to use his big boy strides and walk faster than .025 miles per hour while he took in every butterfly and bug that he saw along the way. So needless to say I was not in the best of moods while I waited in line. I finally get up to the desk and the man is helping me, and a woman next to me was checking in. This jerk of a LT comes out of no where and pushes me to the side and pushes Bear up against the desk so he can snatch at a peice of paper the front desk lady was holding. I pushed back and said, "excuse me sir." It is that kind of attitude that I hate. The I am better than you because I am wearing khakis and have a big fat emblem on my hat and bars on my shirt collar. I bit my tongue to stop and clentched my fists to keep myself from getting arrested and having my children sent to foster care for the night. Man I am pissed. I have a good mind to walk back out there and find that A-hole and give him a piece of my mind....
